Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en forbindelse med formel (I). Y er en direkte binding, -CH-, -CH-CH-; X representerer CHCH(CH); CH(CH), CH(CH), CH(CH); R4 representerer (C-C)-cykloalkyl, hvori ett eller flere hydrogener kan substitueres i alkylgruppene med fluor eller et hydrogen kan erstattes med OH, OC(0)CH, OC(0)H, 0-CH-Ph eller 0-(C,-C)-alkyl;. (CH)-A-Rg, hvori n = 1 - 6, idet gruppen -CH-0-CH-fenyl, hvori fenyl er usubstituert, er utelatt; (CH)-B-R, hvori r = 1 - 6; A er O, S, SO, S0; B er NH, N-(C-C)-alkyl, NCHO, N(CO-CH); R8 representerer (C-C)-alkyl, (C-C)-cykloalkyl, idet i alkylgruppene ett eller flere hydrogener kan være erstattet med fluor eller et hydrogen kan være erstattet med OH, OC(0)CH, OC(0)H, 0-CH-Ph eller O-(C|-C)-alkyl; (CH)-aryl, hvor m = 0 - 6 og aryl er fenyl, naftyl, bifenyl, tienyl eller pyridyl og aryldelen kan være erstattet opp til to ganger og hvori gruppene Ri, R'i, Rog Rhar de angitte betydninger. Oppfinnelsen vedrører også fysiologisk tålbare salter av forbindelsene og fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av forbindelsene. Forbindelsene ifølge oppfinnelsen er f.eks. egnet for anvendelse som anorektiske midler.
