Abstract

Det tilveiebringes en anvendbar forbindelse som en aktiv bestanddel av et forebyggende og/eller terapeutisk middel for avvisning ved transplantasjon av et organ, benmarg eller et vev, en autoimmun sykdom eller lignende som har en utmerket SlPi-agonist-virkning. Da forbindelsen ifølge oppfinnelsen har en SlPi-agonist-aktivitet, er den anvendbar som en aktiv bestanddel av et terapeutisk middel eller et forebyggende middel for en sykdom som skyldes ufordelaktig lymfocyttinfiltrasjon, f.eks. en autoimmun sykdom, f.eks. transplantat-avvisning ved transplantasjon av et organ, benmarg eller vev eller graft-versus-host-sykdom, reumatoid artritt, multippel sklerose, systemisk lupus erythematosus, nefrotisk syndrom, encefalomeningitt, myasthenia gravis, pankreatitt, hepatitt, nefritt, diabetes, lungeforstyrrelse, astma, atopisk dermatitt, inflammatorisk tarmsykdom, aterosklerose eller iskemi-reperfusjonsskade eller en betennelsessykdom, og videre en sykdom som skyldes unormal vekst eller akkumulering av celler, f.eks. kreft eller leukemi.
