The present utility model discloses the formulation of producing fruit cake using coco sugar as sweeteners comprising of 21.50% dried fruits, 7.16% fruit cocktail, 7.16% raisins, 5.73% kaong, 3.58% orange peel, 7.16% rum, 3.58% cashew, 12.90% all purpose flour, 0.71% cinnamon, 10.75% butter, 1.79% eggs, 17.98% coco sugar.
