Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wazon do eksponowania kwiatów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wazonu, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 – przedstawiono wazon w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 – przedstawiono wazon w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku wazon ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus w ksztalcie odwróco- nego dzwonu podpartego na postumencie. Górna czesc korpusu ma wywinieta na zewnatrz czesc o wyoblonej do srodka waskiej opaski o ksztalcie stozka scietego laczacej sie w najwezszym miejscu z obwodowa walcowa opaska o srednicy nieznacznie mniejszej od najmniejszej srednicy stozka scie- tego, która laczy sie ze srodkowa czescia korpusu o ksztalcie odwróconego dzwonu, który w górnej czesci przeweza sie lukowo w kierunku srodka korpusu, a nastepnie lukowo przeweza sie laczac sie z postumentem, który ma podstawe w ksztalcie kola. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the vase, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the vase from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the vase from above. As shown in the drawing, the vase has a monolithic, thin-walled body in the shape of an inverted bell supported by a pedestal. The upper part of the body has an outwardly curved section with a narrow, truncated cone-shaped band that curves inward, connecting at its narrowest point to a circumferential, cylindrical band with a diameter slightly smaller than the smallest diameter of the truncated cone. This band connects to the central part of the body, shaped like an inverted bell. The bell-shaped body narrows in the upper part, then narrows in an arc to connect to the pedestal, which has a circular base. Essential features of the industrial design: The vase has a monolithic, thin-walled body in the shape of an inverted bell supported by a pedestal. The upper part of the body has a part turned outwards with a narrow band in the shape of a truncated cone, which is rounded towards the centre and connected at its narrowest point to a circumferential cylindrical band with a diameter slightly smaller than the smallest diameter of the truncated cone, which is connected to the central part of the body in the shape of an inverted bell, which in the upper part narrows in an arc towards the centre of the body and then narrows in an arc to connect with the pedestal, which has a base in the shape of a circle, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
