Wynalazek dotyczy krystalicznej formy kompleksu hydrat akwabis((S)-2-amino-3-(4-hydroksyfenylo)propano)miedz(II) o wzorze 1 znajdujac zastosowanie jako skladnik preparatów bakteriobójczych, przeciwgrzybiczych oraz przeciwnowotworowych. Wynalazek ujawnia równiez sposób wytwarzania krystalicznej formy kompleksu hydrat akwabis((S)-2-amino-3-(4-hydroksyfenylo)-propano) miedz(II) o wzorze 1, który charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jedna czesci molowa uwodnionej soli wybranej sposród soli miedzi(II) o wzorze ogólnym 2, gdzie X oznacza Cl-, NO3-, n jest liczba od 2 do 3 lub soli siarczanu(VI) miedzi(II), rozpuszcza sie w wodzie i poddaje sie reakcji z dwiema czesciami molowymi roztworu chlorowodorku ?-hydroksy-?-trimetyloaminomaslanu oraz jedna czescia molowa roztworu soli disodowej kwasu (S)-2-amino-3-(4-hydroksyfenylo)propanowego przy czym reakcje prowadzi sie na mieszadle magnetycznym przy ciaglym mieszaniu i do tak utworzonej mieszaniny wkrapla sie dichlorometan, po czym po minimum 48 godzinach otrzymuje sie krystaliczna forme kompleksu hydrat akwabis((S)-2-amino-3-(4-hydroksyfenylo)propano)miedz(II) o wzorze 1.The invention relates to the crystalline form of the aquavis ((S) -2-amino-3- (4-hydroxyphenyl) propane) copper (II) hydrate complex of formula 1, which is used as a component of bactericidal, antifungal and anti-cancer preparations. The invention also discloses a method for producing the crystalline form of the aqua bis ((S) -2-amino-3- (4-hydroxyphenyl) propane) copper (II) hydrate complex of formula 1, which is characterized in that one molar part of the hydrated salt selected from a copper (II) salt of general formula 2, where X is Cl-, NO3-, n is a number from 2 to 3 or a copper (II) sulfate salt, is dissolved in water and reacted with two molar parts of the solution β-hydroxy-β-trimethylaminobutyrate hydrochloride and one mole part of the solution of (S) -2-amino-3- (4-hydroxyphenyl) propanoic acid disodium salt, where the reaction is carried out on a magnetic stirrer with continuous stirring and the mixture thus added dropwise dichloromethane, after which after a minimum of 48 hours the crystalline form of the aqua bis ((S) -2-amino-3- (4-hydroxyphenyl) propane) copper (II) hydrate complex of formula 1 is obtained.
