Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest związek chemiczny w trójskładnikowym układzie tlenków cynku, fosforu i chromu, według wynalazku, w którym układ trójskładnikowy oznacza tlenek cynku—tlenek fosforu(V)—tlenek chromu(III), o wzorze sumarycznym ZnCr2P4O14. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania związku chemicznego w trójskładnikowym układzie tlenków cynku, fosforu i chromu, według wynalazku, polegający na mieszaniu tlenków cynku, tlenku chromu(III) i wodorooftofosforanu(V) amonu, ujednorodnianiu i wygrzewaniu w temperaturach od 350° do 1000°C otrzymanych mieszanin, chłodzeniu i rozcieraniu, charakteryzuje się tym, że miesza się tlenek cynku, wodoroortofosforan(V) amonu i tlenek chromu(III) w stosunku molowym takim, że w przeliczeniu na składniki układu trójskładnikowego tlenków zawartość zarówno tlenku cynku, jak i tlenku chromu(III) wynosi po 25,00% molowych, natomiast zawartość tlenku fosforu(V) wynosi 50,00% molowych otrzymując produkt o wzorze sumarycznym ZnCr2P4O14. Inny sposób według wynalazku, charakteryzuje się tym, że miesza się CrP3O9 i Zn3Cr4P6O24 w stosunku molowym 2:1, otrzymaną mieszaninę reagentów ujednorodnia się przez ucieranie, a następnie wygrzewa się w temperaturze od 900 do 1000°C otrzymując produkt o wzorze sumarycznym ZnCr2P4O14.The subject of the application is a chemical compound in the ternary system of zinc, phosphorus and chromium oxides according to the invention, in which the ternary system is zinc oxide-phosphorus (V) oxide-chromium (III) oxide, with the total formula ZnCr2P4O14. The application also covers the method of producing a chemical compound in the ternary system of zinc, phosphorus and chromium oxides, according to the invention, consisting in mixing zinc oxides, chromium (III) oxide and ammonium hydrogen phthosphate (V), homogenization and annealing at temperatures from 350 ° to 1000 ° C of the obtained mixtures, cooling and grinding, characterized by mixing zinc oxide, ammonium hydrogen orthophosphate (V) and chromium (III) oxide in a molar ratio such that, based on the components of the three-component oxide system, the content of both zinc oxide and chromium oxide (III) is 25.00 mol% each, and the phosphorus (V) oxide content is 50.00 mol% to give the product of the summarized formula ZnCr2P4O14. Another method according to the invention is characterized by mixing CrP3O9 and Zn3Cr4P6O24 in a molar ratio of 2: 1, the obtained mixture of reagents is homogenized by rubbing, and then annealing at a temperature of 900 to 1000 ° C to obtain a product of the total formula ZnCr2P4O14.
