Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku są amoniowe ciecze jonowe z anionem pochodzenia naturalnego i sposób ich wytwarzania oraz zastosowanie jako deterentów pokarmowych. Amoniowe ciecze jonowe o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R1 i R2 oznaczają podstawniki alkilowe zawierające 1 - 22 atomów węgla lub podstawnik benzylowy, a A oznacza anion pochodzenia naturalnego, którego źródłem są triglicerydy zawarte w tłuszczach roślinnych lub zwierzęcych. Sposób ich otrzymywania polega na tym, że czwartorzędowy wodorotlenek amoniowy, poddaje się reakcji z tłuszczem pochodzenia naturalnego w stosunku molowym wodorotlenku do tłuszczu równym 3 : 0,8 - 1,3 w środowisku alkoholu drugorzędowego, korzystnie 2 - propanolu, w temperaturze od 25 do 80°C, korzystnie w 80°C, w czasie 1 - 24 godzin, po czym odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik, a powstały układ poddaje się ekstrakcji w układzie rozpuszczalnik organiczny - woda, korzystnie chloroform, dichlorometan, heksan - woda, po czym rozpuszczalnik organiczny odparowuje się, a powstały produkt, nie zawierający zanieczyszczeń, suszy pod obniżonym ciśnieniem w temperaturze od 30 do 80°C w czasie 1 - 24 godzin. Ujawniono również zastosowanie amoniowych cieczy jonowych o wzorze ogólnym 1, jako detergentów pokarmowych.The subject of the invention are ammonium ionic liquids with anion of natural origin and the method of their preparation and use as food detectors. Ammonium ionic liquids of general formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 are alkyl substituents containing 1 - 22 carbon atoms or benzyl substituent, and A is anion of natural origin, whose source is triglycerides contained in vegetable or animal fats. The method of their preparation consists in the fact that the quaternary ammonium hydroxide is reacted with fat of natural origin in a molar ratio of hydroxide to fat of 3: 0.8 - 1.3 in a secondary alcohol environment, preferably 2 - propanol, at a temperature of 25 to 80 ° C, preferably at 80 ° C, for 1 - 24 hours, after which the solvent is evaporated and the resulting system is extracted in an organic solvent - water system, preferably chloroform, dichloromethane, hexane - water, then the organic solvent is evaporated and the resulting product, containing no impurities, dried under reduced pressure at a temperature of 30 to 80 ° C for 1 to 24 hours. Also disclosed is the use of ammonium ionic liquids of general formula 1 as food detergents.
