Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są czwartorzędowe abietyniany amoniowe z kationem 1-alkilo-1-metylopirolidyniowe, o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy zawierający 2 - 18 atomów węgla lub podstawnik benzylowy. Zgłoszenie zawiera też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że halogenek 1-alkilo-1-metylopirolidyniowy o wzorze ogólnym 2, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy zawierający 2 - 18 atomów węgla lub podstawnik benzylowy, poddaje się reakcji z solą sodową lub potasową kwasu abietynowego, w środowisku alkoholowym, korzystnie w metanolu, w temperaturze od 20 do 60°C, korzystnie 25°C w czasie od 5 do 30 minut, korzystnie 10 minut, po czym osad soli nieorganicznej odsącza się, a z przesączu odparowuje rozpuszczalnik, a powstały produkt suszy się w suszarce próżniowej w temperaturze od 30 do 60°C, korzystnie 40°C. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też zastosowanie czwartorzędowych abietynianów amoniowych z kationem 1-alkilo-1-metylopirolidyniowych o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy zawierający 2 - 18 atomów węgla lub podstawnik benzylowy, jako deterenty pokarmowe szkodników magazynowych.The subject of the application are quaternary ammonium abietates with a 1-alkyl-1-methylpyrrolidinium cation, with the general formula 1, wherein R is an alkyl substituent containing 2-18 carbon atoms or a benzyl substituent. The application also contains a method for their preparation, which consists in the fact that the 1-alkyl-1-methylpyrrolidinium halide of general formula 2, wherein R is an alkyl substituent containing 2-18 carbon atoms or a benzyl substituent, is reacted with a sodium or potassium salt abietic acid, in an alcoholic environment, preferably in methanol, at a temperature of 20 to 60 ° C, preferably 25 ° C for 5 to 30 minutes, preferably 10 minutes, after which the inorganic salt precipitate is filtered off and the solvent is evaporated from the filtrate, and the resulting product is dried in a vacuum dryer at a temperature of 30 to 60 ° C, preferably 40 ° C. The subject of the application is also the use of quaternary ammonium abietates with a 1-alkyl-1-methylpyrrolidinium cation of general formula 1, wherein R is an alkyl substituent containing 2-18 carbon atoms or a benzyl substituent as food detectors of storage pests.
