Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są sole alkoksymetylopropikonazolu z anionem 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesanowym, o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy zawierający od 3 do 18 atomów węgla. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że w pierwszym etapie procesu czwartorzędowy chlorek alkoksymetylopropikonazolu o wzorze ogólnym 2, w którym R oznacza podstawnik alkilowy zawierający od 3 do 18 atomów węgla, poddaje się reakcji ze stechiometryczną ilością wodorotlenku sodu lub wodorotlenku potasu w środowisku rozpuszczalnika organicznego, korzystnie metanolu, w czasie 5 - 30 minut, korzystnie 15 minut, w temperaturze od 20 do 60°C, korzystnie w 25°C, następnie powstały osad soli nieorganicznej przesącza się, a powstały czwartorzędowy wodorotlenek alkoksymetylopropikonazolu zawarty w przesączu zobojętnia się, a w drugim etapie stechiometryczną ilością kwasu 3,6-dichloro-2-metoksybenzoesowego w postaci roztworu w rozpuszczalniku organicznym, korzystnie metanolu, po czym rozpuszczalnik usuwa się przez odparowanie pod obniżonym ciśnieniem, a powstały produkt suszy się w warunkach obniżonego ciśnienia w temperaturze od 40 do 80°C, korzystnie w 50°C, w czasie od 4 do 24 godzin, korzystnie 8 godzin. The application also includes a method for their preparation, which consists in the fact that in the first stage of the process, an alkoxymethylpropiconazole chloride quaternary formula (II), in which R is an alkyl substituent containing from 3 to 18 carbon atoms, is reacted with a stoichiometric amount of sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide in an organic solvent environment, preferably methanol, for 5 - 30 minutes, preferably 15 minutes, at a temperature of 20 to 60 ° C, preferably at 25 ° C, then the resulting inorganic salt precipitate is filtered, and the resulting alkoxymethylpropiconazole hydroxide contained in the filtrate neutralized, and in a second step with a stoichiometric amount of 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid in the form of a solution in an organic solvent, preferably methanol, after which the solvent is removed by evaporation under reduced pressure, and the resulting product is dried under reduced pressure at a temperaturefrom 40 to 80 ° C, preferably at 50 ° C, for 4 to 24 hours, preferably 8 hours. The application also concerns the use of new alkoxymethylpropiconazole quaternary salts with 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoate anion as bifunctional plant protection agents, fungicides and herbicides.
