Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku są nowe ciecze jonowe z kationem alkilo(karboksymetylo)dimetyloamoniowym oraz anionem bis(2-etyloheksylo)fosforanowym, o wzorze 1, gdzie R oznacza podstawnik od metylowego do decylowego. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób otrzymywania powyższych substancji, który polega na tym, że chlorek alkilo(karboksymetylo)dimetyloamoniowy rozpuszcza się w metanolu lub etanolu i poddaje się reakcji wymiany z bis(2-etyloheksylo)fosforanem sodu w stosunku molowym chlorku do soli sodowej 1:1, w temperaturze od 20 do 35°C, korzystnie 25°C, następnie odsącza się nieorganiczny produkt uboczny, po czym produkt rozpuszcza się w acetonie w celu usunięcia pozostałości soli nieorganicznej, wytrącony osad odsącza się, a od produktu odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik i suszy w temperaturze 70°C. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też zastosowanie nowych cieczy jonowych z kationem alkilo(karboksymetylo)dimetyloamoniowym jako środki myjące.The present invention relates to new ionic liquids with an alkyl (carboxymethyl) dimethylammonium cation and a bis (2-ethylhexyl) phosphate anion of the formula I, where R is a methyl to decyl substituent. The application also covers the preparation of the above substances, which consists in dissolving alkyl (carboxymethyl) dimethyl ammonium chloride in methanol or ethanol and reacting with sodium bis (2-ethylhexyl) phosphate in a molar ratio of chloride to sodium salt of 1: 1 , at a temperature of 20 to 35 ° C, preferably 25 ° C, then the inorganic by-product is filtered off, then the product is dissolved in acetone to remove the remaining inorganic salt, the precipitate formed is filtered off, and the solvent of the product is evaporated and dried in temperature of 70 ° C. The subject of the application is also the use of new ionic liquids with an alkyl (carboxymethyl) dimethylammonium cation as washing agents.
