Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób utleniania geraniolu, według wynalazku, w obecności katalizatora, polegający na mieszaniu geraniolu z katalizatorem w ilości od 0,5% wagowych do 2,5% wagowych względem geraniolu, pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, z intensywnością mieszania 500 obrotów/minutę, w atmosferze tlenu, a proces utleniania prowadzi się w obecności tlenu podawanego z butli przez bełkotkę stosując przepływ tlenu 40 ml/minutę, w czasie od 15 minut do 360 minut, w temperaturze 75°C - 100°C, charakteryzuje się tym, że jako katalizator stosuje się klinoptylolit.The subject of the application is a method of oxidizing geraniol, according to the invention, in the presence of a catalyst, consisting in mixing geraniol with a catalyst in an amount from 0.5% by weight to 2.5% by weight of geraniol, under atmospheric pressure, with a stirring intensity of 500 rpm, in an oxygen atmosphere, and the oxidation process is carried out in the presence of oxygen supplied from a cylinder through a sparger using an oxygen flow of 40 ml/minute, for a time from 15 minutes to 360 minutes, at a temperature of 75°C - 100°C, characterized in that clinoptilolite is used as a catalyst.
