Abstract
1. Способ получения катализатора, который включает:смешивание множества частиц катализатора и растворителя, для образования смеси частицы-растворитель;выполнение анализа распределения по размерам на образце смеси частицы-растворитель, для определения профиля распределения частиц по размерам смеси частицы-растворитель;повторение смешивания частиц катализатора и растворителя в смеси частицы-растворитель, если профиль распределения по размерам ниже заданного порогового значения;центрифугирование всей смеси частицы-растворитель, если профиль распределения по размерам равен или выше заданного порогового значения, с образованием таким образом супернатанта смеси частицы-растворитель и осадка смеси частицы-растворитель в том же контейнере, причем супернатант содержит дисперсию, включающую частицы катализатора и растворитель;декантацию смеси частицы-растворитель, для отделения супернатанта от осадка;определение содержания частиц в образце отделенного супернатанта;определение искомого объема дисперсии, который должен быть нанесен на подложку катализатора, на основе одного или нескольких свойств подложки катализатора, иимпрегнирование подложки катализатора дисперсией частиц катализатора посредством нанесения искомого объема дисперсии на подложку катализатора.2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий стадию кальцинирования импрегнированной подложки катализатора.3. Способ по п.2, дополнительно включающий стадию выполнения процесса сушки импрегнированной подложки катализатора до стадии кальцинирования импрегнированной подложки катализатора.4. Claims (26)
1. Способ получения катализатора, который включает:
смешивание множества частиц катализатора и растворителя, для образования смеси частицы-растворитель;
выполнение анализа распределения по размерам на образце смеси частицы-растворитель, для определения профиля распределения частиц по размерам смеси частицы-растворитель;
повторение смешивания частиц катализатора и растворителя в смеси частицы-растворитель, если профиль распределения по размерам ниже заданного порогового значения;
центрифугирование всей смеси частицы-растворитель, если профиль распределения по размерам равен или выше заданного порогового значения, с образованием таким образом супернатанта смеси частицы-растворитель и осадка смеси частицы-растворитель в том же контейнере, причем супернатант содержит дисперсию, включающую частицы катализатора и растворитель;
декантацию смеси частицы-растворитель, для отделения супернатанта от осадка;
определение содержания частиц в образце отделенного супернатанта;
определение искомого объема дисперсии, который должен быть нанесен на подложку катализатора, на основе одного или нескольких свойств подложки катализатора, и
импрегнирование подложки катализатора дисперсией частиц катализатора посредством нанесения искомого объема дисперсии на подложку катализатора.
2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий стадию кальцинирования импрегнированной подложки катализатора.
3. Способ по п.2, дополнительно включающий стадию выполнения процесса сушки импрегнированной подложки катализатора до стадии кальцинирования импрегнированной подложки катализатора.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором процесс сушки является процессом сублимационной сушки.
5. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий стадию анализа импрегнированной подложки катализатора для определения, достаточно ли она импрегнирована в соответствии с одним или более заданных пороговых значений.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором стадия анализа импрегнированной подложки катализатора включает выполнение процесса масс-спектрометрии с индуктивно-связанной плазмой (ICP-MS) импрегнированной подложки катализатора.
7. Способ по п.5, дополнительно включающий стадию выполнения дополнительной пропитки импрегнированной подложки катализатора дисперсией частиц катализатора при определении на стадии анализа, что импрегнированная подложка катализатора недостаточно импрегнированна в соответствии с одним или более пороговых значений.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором подложка катализатора является пористым экструдатом.
9. Способ по п.1, в котором подложка катализатора является монолитом.
10. Способ по п.1, в котором подложка катализатора является порошком.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором стадия смешивания множества частиц катализатора и растворителя включает использование миксера с усилием сдвига для смешивания множества частиц катализатора и растворителя.
12. Способ по п.1, в котором стадия смешивания множества частиц катализатора и растворителя включает применение ультразвука для смешивания множества частиц катализатора и растворителя.
13. Способ по п.1, в котором стадия выполнения анализа распределения по размерам на образце смеси частицы-растворитель включает:
центрифугирование образца смеси частицы-растворитель, и
выполнения динамического рассеяния света (DLS) на центрифугированном образце.
14. Способ по п.1, в котором стадия определения содержания частиц образца отделенного супернатанта включает расчет массового процентного содержания частиц катализатора в образце.
15. Способ по п.1, в котором стадия определения содержания частиц образца отделенного супернатанта включает выполнение масс-спектрометрии с индуктивно-связанной плазмой (ICP-MS) образца.
16. Способ по п.1, в котором множество частиц катализатора, которые смешивают с растворителем, является нанопорошком.
17. Способ получения катализатора, который включает:
смешивание множества частиц катализатора и растворителя для образования смеси частицы-растворитель;
центрифугирование образца смеси частицы-растворитель;
выполнение динамического рассеяния света (DLS) на центрифугированном образце, для определения профиля распределения по размерам смеси частицы-растворитель;
повторение смешивания частиц катализатора и растворителя в смеси частицы-растворитель, если профиль распределения по размерам ниже заданного порогового значения;
центрифугирование всей смеси частицы-растворитель, если профиль распределения по размерам равен или выше заданного порогового значения, с образованием супернатанта смеси частицы-растворитель и осадка смеси частицы-растворитель в том же контейнере, причем супернатант содержит дисперсию, включающую частицы катализатора и растворитель;
декантацию смеси частицы-растворитель для отделения супернатанта от осадка;
импрегнирование подложки катализатора дисперсией частиц катализатора посредством нанесения объема дисперсии на подложку катализатора.
18. Способ по п.17, дополнительно включающий:
выполнение высушивания образца отделенной дисперсии, и
выполнение расчета массового процентного содержания частиц катализатора с помощью высушенного образца отделенной дисперсии, определяя таким образом массовое процентное содержание частиц катализатора.
19. Способ по п.18, в котором стадию импрегнирования подложки катализатора осуществляют, только если определенное массовое процентное содержание частиц катализатора равно или выше заданного порогового значения.
20. Способ по п.18, дополнительно включающий стадию выполнения масс-спектрометрии с индуктивно-связанной плазмой (ICP-MS) высушенного образца отделенной дисперсии.
21. Способ получения катализатора, который включает:
создание дисперсии, где дисперсия содержит частицы катализатора, диспергированные в растворителе;
определение искомого объема дисперсии, который должен быть нанесен на подложку катализатора, на основе одного или более свойств подложки катализатора;
импрегнирование подложки катализатора частицами катализатора в дисперсии посредством нанесения искомого объема дисперсии на подложку катализатора;
выполнение сушки импрегнированной подложки катализатора;
кальцинирование высушенной импрегнированной подложки катализатора;
выполнение масс-спектрометрии с индуктивно-связанной плазмой (ICP-MS) кальцинированной импрегнированной подложки катализатора для определения, достаточно ли она импрегнированна в соответствии с одним или более заданными пороговоми значениями, и
выполнение дополнительной пропитки импрегнированной подложки катализатора дисперсией частиц катализатора, если ICP-MS определено, что импрегнированная подложка катализатора недостаточно пропитана в соответствии с одним или более пороговыми значениями.
22. Способ по п.21, в котором подложка катализатора является пористым экструдатом.
23. Способ по п.21, в котором подложка катализатора является монолитом.
24. Способ по п.21, в котором подложка катализатора является порошком.
25. Способ по п.21, в котором процесс сушки является процессом сублимационной сушки.
26. Способ по п.21, где процесс сушки является либо горячей сушкой, либо мгновенной сушкой.
