Abstract

Bu bulus, aerobik fermentasyonda (II) formülünün bilesigini 6B-hidroksile edebilen bir türün daldirilan kültürü ile biyo-dönüsüm süresince olusan (I) formülü ürününün ayrilmasi ve saflasmasiyla, R'nin bir alkali metali ya da amonyum iyonunun yerini tuttugu (II) genel formülünün bir bilesiginden (I) formülünün bilesiginin hazirlanmasi için bir yeni mikrobik isleme iliskindir. Islem, elverisli karbon ve azot kaynaklari ve mineral tuzlarini ihtiva eden bir besleyici ortam üzerinde 25-32 C'da içindeki R yukarida tanimlandigi gibi olan (II) genel formülünün bir bilesigini 6Beta-hidroksile edebilen bir Micromonospora türünün yerlestirilmesini, sonra, dönüstürülecek alt-tabakanin gelisen kültür içine beslenmesi, sonra, biyo-dönüsüm bitene kadar alt-tabakanin hidroksile edilmesi, sonra, (I) formülü bilesiginin kültür brotundan ayrilmasi ve istenirse bu bilesigin saflastirilmasini içermektedir.
