Abstract

Predmetni pronalazak spada u oblast organske hemije, konkretnije u oblast terapeutske hemije. Preciznije, on se odnosi na postupak za dobijanje vodenih formulacija aktivnih sastojaka koji lako oksidisu, posebno fenola, koji su stabilni tokom duzeg vremenskog perioda, pri cemu postupak obuhvata deoksigenizaciju produvavanjem mehuricima inertnog gasa i/ili vakuumizacijom rastvora, uz istovremenu zastitu od dejstva kiseonika na taj nacin sto se rastvor drzi u atmosferi inertnog gasa, putem punjenja boca sa rastvorom u atmosferi inertnog gasa, pri cemu je iz boca prethodno izbacen vazduh putem produvavanja inertnim gasom, nakon cega se zatvorene boce izlazu vakuumu, pri cemu se postize pritisak u bocama ne veci od 65 000 Pa, cime se dobijaju rastvorene supstance sa koncentracijama rezidualnog kiseonika u rastvoru, manjem od 2 ppm, a pozeljno reda 1 ppm i cak 0,5 ppm. Predmetni pronalazak je posebno koristan za pripremanje injektibilnih preparata koji imaju sadrzaj kiseonika u rastvoru manji od 2 ppm.
