Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR ACIDO L-GLUTâMICO PELA FERMENTAçãO". Um método para produzir ácido L-glutâmico pela fermentação, que compreende cultivar um microorganismo tendo capacidade produtora de ácido L-glutâmico em um meio liquido do qual o pH é ajustado a uma condição sob a qual o ácido L-glutâmico produzido pelos microorganismos é deixado ser precipitado, para permitir que o ácido L-glutâmico seja produzido e acumulado com a precipitação de ácido L-glutâmico associada, em que uma operação que causa a existência de cristais de ácido L-glutâmico no meio é realizada quando uma concentração do ácido L-glutâmico no meio é mais baixa do que a concentração na qual a cristalização espontânea ocorre.
