Description
verfahren zur Herstellung von p-amino-benzolsulfonyl-a-amino-pyridin-Bz-N- methylensulfosaurem Natrium. Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von p-amino-benzolsulfonyl-a- amino - pyridin - Bz - N -methylensulfosaurem Hexamethylentetramin durch Umsetzung der freien Säure mit Hexamethylentetramin be schrieben.
Das Natriumsalz der genannten Säure ist nun zwar bereits bekannt (schweiz. Patent Nr. 214045), doch wurde es bisher durch Ein- wirkung von Formaldehydnatriumbisulfit auf p-Amino-benzolsulfon-a-amino-pyridin herge stellt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man dieses Natriumsalz auch direkt durch Einwirkung von Itznatron auf p-Amino-benzolsulfonyl- a -amino- pyridin -Bz -N - methylensulf osäure herstellen kann, wobei es sich überraschender weise herausstellte, dass das so erhaltene Produkt viel reiner ist als das nach dem be kannten Verfahren hergestellte.
p-Amino-benzolsulf onyl -a - amino-pyridin-Bz- N-methylensulfosäure eingetragen. Nach er folgter Auflösung wird filtriert, mit einem mit Wasser mischbaren Alkohol, beispiels weise mit 900 cm' Athanol, versetzt und, gegebenenfalls im Eisschrank, der Kristalli sation überlassen.
Das p-amino-benzolsul- fonyl -<B>,</B>a- amino -pyridin-Bz-N-methylensulf o- saure Natrium kristallisiert in Form kleiner weisser Nädelchen; es ist in Wasser mit neu traler Reaktion sehr gut löslich.
Man erhält mittels dieser Darstellungsart ein sehr reines Endprodukt.

- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von p-amino- benzolsulf onyl-a-amino - pyri din-Bz-N-methy- lensulfosaurem Natrium, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man Amino-benzolsulfonyl-a- amino-pyridin-Bz-N-methylensulfosäure und Atznatron aufeinander einwirken läBt. <I>Beispiel:</I> 28 g Natriumhydroxyd werden in 400 cm' Wasser aufgelöst und in diese Lösung 171,5 g
