Claims (6)
- Schwertfalzwerk einer Falzmaschine zum Falzen eines aus einem vorgeschalteten Falzwerk in Bogenlaufrichtung (BL) einlaufenden Bogens, mitdadurch gekennzeichnet,mehreren im Abstand zu einander angeordneten in Bogenlaufrichtung (BL) umlaufenden Transportbändern (12), deren obere Trums gemeinsam eine Bogenauflageebene (30) bilden,einem in Bogenlaufrichtung (BL) angeordneten Falzschwert (14) zum Falzen eines einlaufenden Bogens,einer in Bogenlaufrichtung (BL) gesehen stromabwärts des Falzschwertes (14) vorgesehen Endanschlageinrichtung (16),wenigstens einer sich im Wesentlichen in Bogenlaufrichtung (BL) auf jeder Seite des Falzschwertes (14) erstreckenden Niederhaltereinrichtung (18), undan der Unterseite jeder Niederhaltereinrichtung (18) vorgesehenen Borsten (20), die jeweils mit einem Transportband (12) in definiertem Abstand stehen,dass die Längserstreckung der Niederhaltereinrichtungen (18) in Bogenlaufrichtung (BL) der Länge des längsten zu verarbeitenden Falzbogens entspricht unddass die Borsten (20) im wesentlichen auf der gesamten Längsstreckung der Niederhaltereinrichtungen (18) vorgesehen sind.
- Schwertfalzwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Niederhaltereinrichtungen (18) in der Höhe verstellbar sind.
- Schwertfalzwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Niederhaltereinrichtungen (18) im Winkel zur Bogenlaufrichtung (BL) verstellbar sind.
- Schwertfalzwerk nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Niederhaltereinrichtungen (18) so im Winkel zur Bogenlaufrichtung (BL) verstellbar sind, dass der Andruck der Borsten (20) auf der Seite der Endanschlageinrichtung (16) größer ist als am Einlauf des Falzbogens unter die Niederhaltereinrichtungen (18).
- Schwertfalzwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten (20) von der Bogenlaufrichtung (BL) weg mit einem Winkel (α) von 30° bis 80°, vorzugsweise 70° geneigt sind.
- Schwertfalzwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten (20) in Lochreihen an der Unterseite der Niederhaltereinrichtung (18) angebracht sind, die in einem Winkel (γ) von 30 bis 60°, vorzugsweise 45°, zur Falzschwertebene (FE) in Richtung der Endanschlageinrichtung (16) geneigt sind, wobei die Borsten (20) in Lochreihenebene in einem Winkel von 60° bis 80°, vorzugsweise 70° zur Bogenebene geneigt sind.
