Claims (9)
- Dispositif de protection contre le déraillement pour des câbles porteurs/tracteurs de systèmes de téléphériques dans une installation (1), comprenant un câble porteur-tracteur (2), une pluralité de galets (3) flanquant un rail d'accouplement à la sortie de la station, une pluralité de pinces (4) auxquelles sont suspendus les moyens d'exploitation de transport, et au moins un galet (5) portant le câble (2) avec pince (4) accouplée et une batterie de galets porteurs ou de maintien abaissé (6), selon le guidage de câble (2), le rail d'accouplement formant une zone d'accouplement entre câble (2) et pinces (4), caractérisé en ce que, avant la zone d'accouplement des pinces (4) sur le câble (2), avant le rail d'accouplement est disposé un dispositif de canalisation (11), limitant la déviation du câble (2) à imputer à un déraillement sur la batterie de galets (6), de manière que le câble (2) se trouve toujours à l'intérieur de l'ouverture de gueule (12) de la pince (4).
- Dispositif de protection contre le déraillement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de canalisation (11) est formé par un support (13) dans lequel est creusé un perçage (14) présentant des dimensions plus grandes que le diamètre du câble (2) et dépendant de la distance à la position de pincement prévue.
- Dispositif de protection contre le déraillement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au dispositif de canalisation (11) est associé au moins un support de prise de câble (15) pour assurer l'appui du câble (2), auquel la pince (4) est déjà accouplée.
- Dispositif de protection contre le déraillement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le support de prise de câble (15) présente une surface concave, dirigeant le câble en direction du centre de la concavité.
- Dispositif de protection contre le déraillement selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, en plus du support (15) ou en isolé, il est associé à au moins l'un des galets (3) portant le câble (2) avec la pince (4) accouplée au moins un étrier (16) supérieur de prise de câble, limitant le débattement en zone haute du câble (2).
- Dispositif de protection contre le déraillement selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au dispositif de canalisation (11) est associé un système de détection, stoppant le système de téléphérique dès que le câble (2) est forcé dans le dispositif de canalisation (11), un accrochage de la pince étant autorisé mais le système de téléphérique étant stoppé avec une pince déjà accrochée, et de ce fait sans risque que les moyens d'exploitation de transport ne tombent avec les passagers.
- Dispositif de protection contre le déraillement selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en plus de cela, au lieu ou en plus du support (15), un dispositif de guidage forcé (17), comprenant de son côté une fourchette (25) articulée sur la superstructure porteuse du rail d'accouplement par l'intermédiaire d'une console, et un bras supérieur (26), dont l'extrémité libre est réalisée sous forme d'appui (27) pour le câble (2), et présente un bras supérieur avec une extrémité (29) libre, venant en contact avec le corps de la pince, un espacement (30) réglable étant fixé entre l'appui (27) et l'extrémité (29) libre, pour laisser passer la totalité de la pince (4) et du câble (2) avec le câble (2) passant librement au-dessus de l'appui (27) dans le cas où le serrage entre pince et câble s'est effectué normalement, la fourchette (25) subissant une limitation de rotation au moyen d'une butée (32) venant se placer en butée contre le bras inférieur, et étant susceptible d'être soulevée lorsque se produit un soulèvement de la pince imputable par exemple à une accumulation de neige sur le rail d'accouplement.
- Dispositif de protection contre le déraillement selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la butée (32) est réglable.
- Dispositif de protection contre le déraillement selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support inférieur et le support supérieur et/ou le guidage sont composés de galets réalisés en dimensions et positionnés de manière à guider le câble (2).
