UNA DISOLUCION DE DICHO MACROLIDO EN UN DISOLVENTE MISCIBLE EN AGUA ES EXTRAIDA CON BASE ACUOSA PARA ELIMINAR SUSTANCIALMENTE TODAS LAS IMPUREZAS ACIDAS; B. UNA DISOLUCION DE DICHO MACROLIDO EN UN DISOLVENTE INMISCIBLE EN AGUA ES EXTRAIDO CON ACIDO ACUOSO PARA ELIMINAR SUSTANCIALMENTE TODAS LAS IMPUREZAS BASICAS; C.
