Dos sustratos, absolutamente idénticos, revestidos de tal apilamiento se instalan cada uno de ellos en doble acristalamiento cada uno con un sustrato de vidrio transparente de 4 mm por una lámina de argón intercalar de 16 mm de espesor, uno habiendo experimentado previamente un calentamiento a 620ºC, y luego un enfriamiento, pero no el otro.
La Tabla 5 de más abajo presenta los valores de TL, a* (R), b* (R) y є de los dos acristalamientos dobles.

10 EJEMPLO 3 En este Ejemplo se utiliza, esta vez, una primera capa-barrera 2 de SiO2, con el apilamiento siguiente: Vidrio / SiO2 / ZnO / Ag / Nb / ZnO / Si3N4 La capa de SiO2 se deposita a partir de un blanco de silicio dopado a aluminio por pulverización reactiva dopada al aluminio en presencia de una mezcla de argón/O2.

Así, el sustrato de acuerdo con el ejemplo 1 que utiliza una capa de humectación a base de óxido llega a tener una emisividad de 0,053, una vez instalado en doble acristalamiento, antes del temple (Tabla 3).
El ejemplo 2 que recurre a dos capas de ZnO, presenta muy buenos comportamientos de emisividad, pero también un valor de TL que alcanza el listón de los 80% en doble acristalamiento después del tratamiento térmico, lo cual es excelente (véase Tabla 5).
Los ejemplos de la invención tienen esto de común, que sus emisividades evolucionan muy ligeramente en caso de tratamiento térmico, pero “en el buen sentido”, es decir, en el sentido de disminución; esto prueba que las capas de plata no han experimentado deterioro de su calidad, al contrario, lo que a la vez es muy ventajoso y sorprendente.
Tal como se sugiere precedentemente, la calorimetría de los ejemplos de acuerdo con la invención es muy satisfactoria, haya o no tratamiento térmico, con un color en reflexión muy neutro, apoyado por valores de a* y b* muy bajos, particularmente en lo que concierne al ejemplo 3 (véase Tabla 7).
Una característica, igualmente, bastante sorprendente que tienen en común los ejemplos 2 y 3 de la invención es que sus transmisiones luminosas varían muy ligeramente en caso de tratamiento térmico, pero eso también “en el buen sentido”, es decir, en el sentido de que aumenta, aunque en los dos se utilicen capas de humectación de óxido.
Finalmente, el ejemplo comparativo 5 presenta los límites de una solución que consiste en hacer “apto para ser templado” un apilamiento de baja emisividad protegiendo la capa de plata mediante capas metálicas susceptibles de oxidación: si los comportamientos térmicos se pueden conservar así, no es lo mismo en lo que concierne al aspecto óptico: más de 10 puntos de diferencia entre la TL sin y con tratamiento térmico (véase Tabla 10), lo que verosímilmente se debe a la oxidación de las capas de Ni/Cr a una y otra parte de la capa de plata, así como a una variación importante del valor de a* (R).
Por otra parte, se ha comprobado que era importante, si se elige depositar capas “intercalares” de óxidos entre las capas-barreras 2, 7 y la capa de plata 4, que éstas se elijan de manera que un tratamiento térmico no pueda afectar su estructura, y muy particularmente su estado cristalográfico. Así, los ejemplos 1 a 3 de la invención recurren al ZnO por debajo y eventualmente por encima de la capa de plata, y los inventores han verificado que estaba, tal como se había depositado, al menos parcialmente cristalizado y que conservaba esencialmente este estado de cristalización después de calentado a 620 ó 640ºC.
Sería también recomendable seleccionar óxidos depositados en estado amorfo y que presentan la particularidad de mantenerlo si se calientan a continuación. Por el contrario, los inventores han llevado a cabo un ensayo similar al ejemplo 1, sustituyendo la capa 3 de ZnO con una capa 3’ de SnO2 depositada como en el ejemplo comparativo 5. Comprobaron que las propiedades de la capa de plata, encima de esta capa de SnO2 estaba significativamente deteriorada después de tratamiento térmico, curiosamente, lo que sería debido en realidad a una modificación estructural notable, en el plano cristalográfico, de este SnO2 bajo un calor fuerte. Los resultados del ejemplo 4 en el que el mismo SnO2 no se halla separado de la plata más que por una capa de ZnO, son tanto más sorprendentes.
