Abstract
Una placa de impresión litográfica fotosensible positiva que puede hacerse funcionar bajo luz blanca que contiene luz ultravioleta, comprendiendo dicha placa de impresión sobre un soporte una composición fotosensible positiva que muestra, tras exposición por escaneado a la luz en el intervalo de longitud de onda de 650 a 1100 nm, una diferencia en solubilidad en un revelador de álcali entre una porción expuesta y una porción no expuesta, caracterizada porque dicha composición comprende: (i) un colorante que absorbe dicha luz, (ii) una resina soluble en álcali que es una resina novolaca, una resina resol, una resina polivinilfenol o un copolímero de un derivado de ácido acrílico, y (iii) un agente que suprime solubilidad que es capaz de rebajar la disolución en un revelador alcalino de una mezcla que comprende el colorante y la resina soluble en álcali, con la condición de que la composición no comprenda una sal de onio y el agente que suprime solubilidad no se selecciona entre elgrupo constituido por un compuesto de quinolinio, un compuesto de benzotiazolio, un compuesto de piridinio y un compuesto de imidazolina.
Claims (4)
1. Una placa de impresión litográfica
fotosensible positiva que puede hacerse funcionar bajo luz blanca
que contiene luz ultravioleta, comprendiendo dicha placa de
impresión sobre un soporte una composición fotosensible positiva que
muestra, tras exposición por escaneado a la luz en el intervalo de
longitud de onda de 650 a 1100 nm, una diferencia en solubilidad en
un revelador de álcali entre una porción expuesta y una porción no
expuesta, caracterizada porque dicha composición
comprende:
- (i)
- un colorante que absorbe dicha luz,
- (ii)
- una resina soluble en álcali que es una resina novolaca, una resina resol, una resina polivinilfenol o un copolímero de un derivado de ácido acrílico, y
- (iii)
- un agente que suprime solubilidad que es capaz de rebajar la disolución en un revelador alcalino de una mezcla que comprende el colorante y la resina soluble en álcali,
con la condición de que la composición no
comprenda una sal de onio y el agente que suprime solubilidad no se
selecciona entre el grupo constituido por un compuesto de
quinolinio, un compuesto de benzotiazolio, un compuesto de piridinio
y un compuesto de imidazolina.
2. Una placa de impresión litográfica
fotosensible positiva que puede hacerse funcionar bajo luz blanca
que contiene luz ultravioleta, comprendiendo dicha placa de
impresión sobre un soporte una composición fotosensible positiva que
muestra, tras exposición por escaneado a la luz en el intervalo de
longitud de onda de 650 a 1100 nm, una diferencia en solubilidad en
un revelador de álcali entre una porción expuesta y una porción no
expuesta, caracterizada porque dicha composición
comprende:
- (i)
- un colorante que absorbe dicha luz
- (ii)
- una novolaca que es un policondensado catalizado por ácido de al menos un hidrocarburo aromático seleccionado entre el grupo constituido por fenol, m-cresol, o-cresol, p-cresol, 2,5-xilenol, 3,5-xilenol, resorcinol, pirogalol, bisfenol, bisfenol-A, trisfenol, o-etilfenol, m-etilfenol, p-etilfenol, propilfenol, n-butilfenol, t-butilfenol, 1-naftol y 2-naftol, con al menos un aldehído o cetona; y
- (iii)
- un agente que suprime solubilidad que es capaz de rebajar la disolución en un revelador alcalino de una mezcla que comprende el colorante y la novolaca,
con la condición de que la composición no
comprenda una sal de onio y que la novolaca no es LB6564, una
novolaca de fenol/cresol comercializada por Bakelite.
3. Una placa de impresión litográfica
fotosensible positiva que puede hacerse funcionar bajo luz blanca
que contiene luz ultravioleta, comprendiendo dicha placa de
impresión sobre un soporte una composición fotosensible positiva que
muestra, tras exposición por escaneado a la luz en el intervalo de
longitud de onda de 650 a 1100 nm, una diferencia en solubilidad en
un revelador de álcali entre una porción expuesta y una porción no
expuesta, caracterizada porque dicha composición
comprende
- (i)
- un colorante, que absorbe dicha luz, en una cantidad de 0,1 a 30 por ciento en peso con relación a la composición,
- (ii)
- una resina soluble en álcali que es una resina novolaca, una resina resol, una resina polivinilfenol o un copolímero de un derivado de ácido acrílico, y
- (iii)
- un agente que suprime solubilidad que es capaz de rebajar la disolución en un revelador alcalino de una mezcla que comprende el colorante y la resina soluble en álcali, con la condición de que la composición no es ninguna de las siguientes:
- -
- 86 partes en peso de resina novolaca de fenol/cresol comercializada por Bakelite bajo el nombre LB6564 y
- -
- 10 partes en peso del siguiente compuesto:
- -
- y 4 partes en peso de Colorante B, representado por la siguiente fórmula:
- ó
- -
- 90 partes en peso de una resina novolaca de fenol/cresol comercializada por Bakelite bajo el nombre LB6564 y
- -
- 4 partes en peso de Colorante B, anteriormente definido y
- -

fotosensible positiva que puede hacerse funcionar bajo luz blanca
que contiene luz ultravioleta, comprendiendo dicha placa de
impresión sobre un soporte una composición fotosensible positiva que
muestra, tras exposición por escaneado a la luz en el intervalo de
longitud de onda de 650 a 1300 nm, mediante un cambio que no es un
cambio químico, una diferencia en solubilidad en un revelador de
álcali entre una porción expuesta y una porción no expuesta,
caracterizada porque dicha composición comprende
- (i)
- un colorante de cianina que absorbe dicha luz y que se representa por la siguiente fórmula (I):
- en la que cada R^{1} y R^{2} es un grupo alquilo C_{1-8} que puede tener un substituyente, en el que el substituyente es un grupo fenilo, un grupo fenoxi, un grupo alcoxi, un grupo ácido sulfónico, o un grupo carboxilo; Q^{1} es un grupo heptametino que puede tener un substituyente, en el que el substituyente es un grupo alquilo C_{1-8}, un átomo de halógeno o un grupo amino, y en el que el grupo heptametino contiene un anillo ciclohexeno que tiene un substituyente, formado por unión mutua de substituyentes sobre dos átomos de carbono metino del grupo heptametino, en el que el substituyente es un grupo alquilo C_{1-6} o un átomo de halógeno; cada m^{1} y m^{2} es 0 ó 1; cada Z^{1} y Z^{2} es un grupo de átomos que se requiere para formar un anillo heterocíclico que contiene nitrógeno; y X^{-} es un contraión; y
- (ii)
- un compuesto de peso molecular elevado, con la condición de que el colorante no está representado por la estructura siguiente (Colorante B).
