Claims (11)
- 血管内デバイスを供給するシステムにおいて、
生体適合性材料、膨張可能なチャネルおよび拡開可能なステントを含む管状の血管内デバイスと、
複数の成分の流れ可能組成物を含む膨張材料と、
前記膨張材料の組成物を包含する無菌容器と、を具備し、
前記膨張可能なチャネルは前記膨張材料でもって膨張され、該膨張されたチャネルは体腔に対して固定でき、
前記複数の成分の流れ可能組成物の成分は、
(a)ポリエチレングリコール・ジアクリレート、チオール化ポリエチレンアミン(thiolated polyethyleneamine)および緩衝液を含むか、または、
(b)ポリエチレングリコール・ジアクリレートと、ペンタエリトリトール・テトラ−3(メルカプトプロピオネート)と、緩衝液または塩水とを含む、システム。 - 血管内デバイスを供給するシステムにおいて、
生体適合性材料、膨張可能なチャネルおよび拡開可能なステントを含む管状の血管内デバイスと、
非硬化可能な膨張流体を包含する無菌容器と、
前記非硬化可能な膨張流体でもって前記膨張可能なチャネルを膨張させて、前記膨張可能なチャネルの初期膨張状態を形成する手段と、
複数の成分の流れ可能組成物を含む膨張材料と、
前記膨張材料の組成物を包含する無菌容器と、を具備し、
前記膨張可能なチャネルは前記膨張材料でもって膨張され、該膨張されたチャネルは体腔に対して固定されるようにした、システム。 - さらに、前記膨張可能なチャネルを膨張させる前に、前記複数の成分の流れ可能組成物の成分を混合する手段と、
前記膨張可能なチャネルを膨張させつつ、前記複数の成分の流れ可能組成物の成分を混合する手段と、を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記膨張材料が、約3分から約12分で硬化可能な硬化可能材料である請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の成分の流れ可能組成物のうちの一つの成分は、放射線不透過性成分または造影剤を含む請求項1、3、4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の成分の流れ可能組成物の成分は、生体適合性であって血液に可溶性である請求項1、3から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記膨張されたチャネルは、体腔をシールして血液が流れるのを防止する請求項1、3から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記膨張されたチャネルは、体腔の展開部位の形態に一致する請求項1、3から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記生体適合材料は、超高分子量ポリエチレン、ポリエステル、および発泡ポリテトラフルオロエチレンから構成されるグループより選択される、請求項1、3から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記膨張可能なチャネルは環状部を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記非硬化可能な膨張流体は塩水および造影剤を含む請求項2に記載のシステム。
