    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プロセス室内に複数のスパツタステージが並設
    され、搬送されてくるデイスク基板上に複数種類
    の薄膜を順次形成するインライン型スパツタ装置
    において、各スパツタステージの近傍にそれぞれ
    ヒータを配設してデイスク基板を加熱制御可能と
    したスパツタデイスクの製造装置。
