Claims (1)
- 直線状に延設させた底部材の長手方向両端側に
直立配置される一対の端板を含む治具本体を石英
ガラス材を用いて、又ウエハを列設保持する支承
溝が刻設され、前記端板間に架設される一又は複
数の支持軸をシリコン材を用いて、夫々形成する
とともに、前記両端板の任意個所に、支持軸を平
行に延在させた状態で両端支持させる支持部位を
設けるとともに、該支持部位を、支持軸がウエハ
取付空間中心位置より外方に向けて位置規制され
た状態で軸方向に変位可能に形成した事を特徴と
するウエハ支持治具。
