- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ベースフイルムと、 該ベースフイルム上に形成された配線パターン
と、 該配線パターン上に形成されており、回路部品
の実装位置に該回路部品を該配線パターンに電気
的に接続させるための導通孔が形成されてなるカ
バーフイルムとを積層形成してなるフレキシブル
基板において、 該ベースフイルムに導通孔を形成し、回路部品
を該ベースフイルム側からも該配線パターンに接
続しうる構成としたフレキシブル基板。
