Claims (1)
- フローセンサの半導体センサ素子を、基板に、
細線により該基板から離隔して、支持し、前記半
導体センサ素子の電極と前記基板に形成された配
線とをワイヤボンデングにより接続したことを特
徴とするフローセンサ。
