量が異なつた場合の実装状態の断面図、第４図は

Claims (1)
- 電子部品素子に半田メツキをほどこしたリード
端子を接続した後、樹脂外装したチツプ型電子部
品において、洋白等の半田付可能な金属を母材と
し、チツプ型電子部品の実装底面にあたる部分の
みに半田メツキをほどこしチツプ型電子部品の側
面部および底面部に密着するように折り曲げて形
成したリード端子を有することを特徴とするチツ
プ型電子部品。
