- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 周期性パターンを有する被検査体の表面を分
割して撮像するための複数の撮像手段と、これら
各撮像手段からの撮像信号をフレーム演算して記
憶する画像処理装置とを具え、撮像された前記複
数の分割面の画像情報に基づいて前記被検査体の
検査処理を行ない得るようにしたことを特徴とす
る周期性パターンの欠陥検査装置。 ２ 前記フレーム演算が積分／減算である請求項
１に記載の周期性パターンの欠陥検査装置。 ３ 前記複数の撮像手段が前記被検査体に重複域
を含んで撮像するようになつている請求項１に記
載の周期性パターンの欠陥検査装置。
