  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電子線照射用電源と、前記電子線照射用電源に
    よつて運転される加速管と、前記加速管によつて
    加速された電子流を走査する走査管とからなり、 前記電子線照射用電源の電圧によつて励磁され
    る高電圧リレーを設け、前記電子線照射用電源が
    停電事故を発生したことによつてオンとされる前
    記高電圧リレーの接点を、前記加速管の加速電極
    のうち、前記加速管のフイラメントから電子流を
    引出すための電圧が印加される加速電極の短絡回
    路を挿入してなる電子線照射装置。
