  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電子部品の収容部と、 該収容部に収容されている電子部品を順々に特
    定位置に搬送する搬送手段と、 該特定位置にある電子部品を保持して電子回路
    基板上の所定位置に移送する移送手段とを有する
    電子部品実装装置において、 該収容部と該特定位置との間に該電子部品の電
    極に接するテスタピンを設け、該テスタピンの出
    力により該特定位置に置かれる電子部品の電気的
    特性を測定し、該測定値を予め定められている基
    準値と比較して該電子部品の良・不良を判別でき
    る検査手段を付加したことを特徴とする電子部品
    実装装置。
