- 熱拡散装置中、半導体ウエハを収納するキヤリ
アと、前記キヤリアの周囲に複数個のローラーを
設け、上記ローラーによつて熱拡散中の半導体ウ
エハを回転させたことを特徴とする半導体製造装
置。
