Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(1)下塗り塗料として、水で希釈可能のポリウレタン樹脂を有する水性の 顔料を加えた下塗り塗料を被塗物表面に塗装し、 (2)工程(1)で塗装した塗料からポリマー膜を形成し、 (3)そのようにして得られた下塗り層に透明な上塗り塗料を塗装し、引続き (4)下塗り層を上塗り層といっしょに焼き付けることにより多層の保護および /または装飾塗膜を製造する方法において、水で希釈可能のポリウレタン樹脂が 、式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(I)[式中、Xは2価の芳香族炭化水素基 を表し、かつR1およびR2は1〜4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基を表す] の構造単位を有することを特徴とする多層の保護および/または装飾塗膜を製造 する方法。 2.Xがフェニレン基を表す請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3.水で希釈可能のポリウレタン樹脂が数平均分子量4000〜8000を有す る請求の範囲1または2記載の方法。 4.ベースコートークリアコートタイプの多層の塗膜を製造するための下塗り塗 料としての、式:▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼(I)[式中、Xは2価の 芳香族炭化水素基を表し、かつR1およびR2は1〜4個の炭素原子を有するア ルキル基を表す]の構造単位を有する、水で希釈可能のポリウレタン樹脂を有す る水性の顔料を加えた塗料。 5.Xがフェニレン基を表す請求の範囲4記載の塗料。 6.水で希釈可能のポリウレタン樹脂が数平均分子量4000〜8000を有す る請求の範囲4または5記載の塗料。
