Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はインドメタシンの新規な外用剤に関する。
インドメタシンは非ステロイｒ系の優れた鎮痛消炎剤で
あるが、水及び外゛用基剤として使用ｏｌ’能な各檀浴
剤にほとんど溶けず、わずかにベンジルアルコール、テ
トラヒドロフンン、ジメチルスルホキンド、ジメチルホ
ルムアミド等に溶解するが、これも癒的、質的な点で外
用製剤とするには問題があるため、一般には経口剤の形
で投与されてきた１、 本発明者らは、インドメタシンの外用剤の研究において
、先に、インドメタシンをアルコール−水系に含有させ
てゲル軟膏とすることにより皮膚吸収の優れた外用剤を
得ることに成功し、特許出願した（特公昭５６−１０８
８６号）。そしてこのケル軟膏は近年上市され、臨床に
おいて高い計価を受けている。
更に、本発明者らは、インドメタシン外用剤の新しい投
与形態及び基剤を開発すべく鋭意研究を行った結果、あ
る種のテルペノイド類又はフェノール類がインドメタシ
ンの基剤への溶解性及び安定性な増大すること、従って
インドメタシンを各種外用基剤に配合できることを見出
し、本発明を完成した。
従って、本発明は、インドメタシン、並びに炭素数１０
のテルペノイド類及びフェノール類から選ばれた溶解補
助剤の１ｓ又は２種以上を含有する外用剤を提供するも
のである。
本発明で溶解補助剤として使用される縦素数１０のチル
にノイド類としては、例えば、リモネン、ピネン、カン
フエン、サイメン等の炭化水素系テルペン；シトロネロ
ール、ゲラニオール、ネロール、リナロール、メントー
ル、テルピネオール、ロジノール、ボルネオール、イソ
ボルネオール等のアルコール系テルペン；メントン、カ
ンフル等のケトン系テルペンが挙げられる。また、炭素
数１０のフェノール類としては、例えば、チモール、サ
フロール、イソサフロール、オイゲノール、インオイゲ
ノール咎が挙げられる。これらの溶解補助剤は１檀又は
２種以上を混合して使用することができ、その配合−は
インドメタシンへＬ浴剤の種類及び鎗によって異なるが
、一般に０．３〜１０重１ｎの配合によ−って目的は達
成される。
また、インドメタシンを＃！解するための溶剤とし７′
（は、エタノール、プロパツール等のアルコール類；ア
ルコール−水混合糸；ブチレンゲリコール、プロピレン
グリコール等のグリコール類ニオリーブ油、大豆油等の
植物油；オレイン酸、リノール酸、リルン酸等の液状高
級脂肪酸類；オクチルアルコール、ヘキサテシルアルコ
ール等）高級アルコール類；パラフィン、スクワラン等
の炭化水素９７４　：　Ｃ４〜Ｃ１０のモノカルボン酸
とＣ工〜Ｃ５のアルコールとのエステル類ｓ　Ｃ４〜Ｃ
１０のジカルボン酸と０１〜Ｃ３のアルコールとのジエ
ステル類吟が皐け：Ｉ？れる。
本発明の外用剤は、インドメタシンを溶解補助剤と共に
上記溶剤に溶解することにより、あるいは更＆にの溶液
を他の外用基剤に配合することにより製造される。この
際のインドメタツノの配合１はＬ］、１〜５重量憾が好
ましい。
このようにして得られる外用剤としては、例えば、液剤
、軟膏剤、ゲル軟膏剤、クリーム、貼付剤等が挙げられ
る。
叙上の如く、本発明の溶解補助剤を少量添加するとイン
ドメタシンの各種溶剤に対する溶解性及び安定性が著し
く増大するので、広い範囲の外用基剤に配合して種々の
形態の外用剤を提供することができる極めて優れたもの
である。
次に実験例及び製剤例を挙げて説明する。
実験例１ インドメタシン溶解試験 各論溶媒に過剰蓋のインドメタシンを加え、更に第１表
に示す量の溶解補助剤を加え、２５℃で２４時間振盪し
たのち、遠心分離して上清を分取した。この上清中のイ
ン・ドメタシン量をＵＶ　　法又はＨＰＴＪＣ法で測定
し、溶解補助剤無添加のものと比較した。その結果は第
１表及び第２表のとおりである。

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　インドメタシン、並びに炭素数１０のテルペノ
    イド類及びフェノール類から選ばれた溶解補助剤の１ａ
    Ｉ又は２橿以上を含有する外用剤。
  2. （２）　　インドメタシンの含有蓋が０．１〜５重を憾
    である特許請求の範囲第１項記載の外用剤。
  3. （３）溶解補助剤の含有蓋が０．３〜１０重量憾である
    特許請求の範囲ｔａ１項記載の外用剤。
  4. （４）　　テルペノイド類が、リモネン、ピネン、カン
    フエン、サイン７、シトロネロール、ゲラーーオール、
    ネロール、リナロール、メントール、テルピネオール、
    ロジノール、ボルネオール、イソボルネオール、メント
    ン又はカンフルである特許請求の範囲第１項又は第３項
    記載の外用剤。 （５１フェノール類が、チモール、サフロール、インサ
    フロール、オイゲノール又はイソオイゲノールである特
    許請求の範囲第１項又は第３項記載の外用剤。
