【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は有効成分の皮膚吸収を効果的に促進できる貼付
剤に関するものである。

薬剤の投与方法として現在一般的に行われている方法に
は経口、粘膜、経皮、注射等の方法が行われているが、
経口投与等圧よる副作用もなく、持続性をもって患部に
効果的に適用する製剤として、皮膚吸収を目的とした外
用剤が最近広く研究されている。しかしながら皮膚構造
には元来吸収を阻ける障壁性をもった角質が存在するた
め薬剤の中には高い効果が期待されるにもかかわらず、
吸収が悪いか、吸収されても効果が見出せられないもの
が多い。また吸収効果があっても、使用方法が簡便でな
いために、たとえば１日に数回患部に貼付しなければ表
らないとか、最適量を投′与できないというような欠点
があった。

本発明はこのような問題点を解決しようとするものであ
って、まず貼付剤にすることＫより、用法用量を簡便に
し、かつその密封性により吸収効果を高めるが、更に尿
素をあらかじめ貼付膏体基剤に混合金有するか、もしく
は貼付膏体面に均等に添付することにより、一層吸収効
果を促進し向上させた貼付剤に関するものである。

尿素は外用治療薬への応用として古くから使用されてお
妙、近年、その角質溶解作用や角質水分保有能を高める
作用が注目されて、軟膏等に利用されている。本発明は
尿素の上記作用に着目し、尿素を貼付剤に含有乃至は添
付することにより、貼付剤の密封性と相俟って、相乗的
に薬物の吸収の促進を可能としたものである。
妙、近年、その角質溶解作用や角質水分保有能を高める
作用が注目されて、軟膏等に利用されている。本発明は
尿素の上記作用に着目し、尿素を貼付剤に含有乃至は添
付することにより、貼付剤の密封性と相俟って、相乗的
に薬物の吸収の促進を可能としたものである。
本発明者は本発明を吉草酸ベタメタジノを初めとするス
テロイド系消炎鎮痛剤や、インドメタシンを初めとする
非ステロイド系消炎鎮痛剤、及びその他の皮膚吸収が困
難とされている薬物に適用して数々の実験を行ってみた
ところ、良好表結果を得ることができた、 次に本発明の実施例を示す。

インドメタシン ３部尿素
５部生ゴム
３５部ポリイソブチレン ５部酸化亜
鉛 １５部酸化チタン
５部ボリプデン １

８部 を加圧ニーダー及びロール練機により均一に混線し、カ
レンダーロールにてあらかじめ加工しである布に展延す
る。次いでこれにライナーを貼り合わせ適当表大きさに

本発明の貼付剤は上述のように１貼付前体基剤に混合含
有させるか、もしくは貼付膏体面に貼付することにより
貼付膏体に尿素を含有させであるので、この貼付剤を貼
付すると尿素が角質の障壁作用を弱くするので、皮膚吸
収が促進され薬剤の効果を増進することができる。

実験例によると、Ｗｉｎｔｅｒ系雄性ラット ６個令１
群１０匹の血中濃度を比較すると、本発明による尿素を
含有する貼付剤は、従来の含有していない貼付剤と比較
して個体差による吸収のばらつきが少なく、吸収量も約
１．５〜２倍と大きく表ることか認められた。
