図面は本考案に係るプリント基板の試験装置の実施例を
示すもので、第１図はプリント基板テスト要領を示す正
面図、第２図はその要部詳細を示す正面図、第３図は個
別選択シートの他の例を示す正面図である。 図中、１は被テストプリント基板、２は試験装置、３は
ベッド、４はプローブピンユニット、５はエラスチック
コネクタ、６は個別選択シート、７は保持板、８はプロ
ーブ、１２は絶縁ゴム板（絶縁弾性板）、１３は金属線
、１４は絶縁板、１５はゼン、１６は穴である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所定位置にセットされるプリント基板のプローブパッド
    を、プローブピンユニットの絶縁性保持板にプリント基
    板のパッド配列ピッチと同間隔で縦横に配置、保持され
    る複数のプローブにより押圧してテストを行う試験装置
    において、前記プローブを棒状導電金属より形成すると
    ともに、可撓性を有する絶縁弾性板に多数の金属線を縦
    横に等間隔に埋設してなり被テストプリント基板と前記
    プローブピンユニットの間に配置されるエラスチックコ
    ネクタを設け、さらに、絶縁板に複数の導体金属ピンを
    被テストプリント基板のプローブパッドと同一配置でし
    かも両端を該絶縁板の両面に露出させて埋設してなり、
    該ピンを対応する該プローブパッドに対向させて前記エ
    ラスチックコネクタと前記プローブピンユニットの間に
    配置される個別選択シートを設けて構成され、前記エラ
    スチックコネクタの金属線が、前記プローブピンユニッ
    トの各プローブにより被テストプリント基板上の該エラ
    スチックコネクタを前記個別選択シートを介し押圧した
    ときに、該金属線の両端が絶縁弾性板両面に露出ししか
    もいずれかの該金属線が全てのプローブパッドに接触し
    得るように配置−されたことを特徴とするプリント基板
    の試験装置。
