Claims (1)
- ワイヤボンデイング作業において、位置検知部
と、ワイヤボンデイング作業の作業位置の画像を
該位置検知部に入力する光学系と、前記作業位置
と退避位置との間で前記光学系を移動し得る移動
装置と、前記作業位置を複数の方向から照射する
照射装置とからなり、位置検知部に入力された画
像における影によりワイヤの有無及びワイヤが存
在する場合のワイヤの方向を判断することを特徴
とするワイヤ認識装置。
