Claims (1)
- プリント基板をセツトし、検査機本体のベース
プレートに昇降可能に設けられたテーブルと、該
テーブルの上方に水平移動して、前記プリント基
板に配設された複数のランド部にコンタクトプロ
ーブを接触させて回路パターンの接続状態を検査
する一対のアダプタとを備え、且つ、該アダプタ
の一端部は、前記ベースプレートに設けられたボ
ールネジに螺合するナツトに固着され、それぞれ
別個に移動可能に構成されると共に、該アダプタ
の他端部には、前記ベースプレートに設けられた
位置決めバーの複数の孔部にロツドが嵌脱自在に
嵌合するシリンダが設けられ、該ロツドによつて
アダプタの位置決めをした後前記テーブルが上昇
して、前記ランド部にコンタクトプローブを接触
させるように構成されたことを特徴とする２アダ
プタ式基板検査機。
