Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被認識物体の形状を撮像する第１の光学系
と該物体内のパターンを撮像する第２の光学系よ
り成る撮像部と、該撮像部の出力を２値化するた
めの前処理回路と、これらの２値化信号からパタ
ーンの位置を検出するためのパターン検出部とを
具えた認識装置において、前記第１の光学系と第
２の光学系を同一の撮像装置を用い、順に光学系
の倍率を変える手段を設けたことを特徴とする認
識装置。 (2) 前記光学系の倍率を変える手段が電気的に
倍率を異ならせて２種類の映像を得ることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の認識
装置。 (3) 前記光学系の倍率を変える手段が光学的に
倍率を異ならせて２種類の映像を同時に得ること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の認識装置。 (4) 前記被認識物体が基板上に積載した半導体
デバイスであり、該基板に粗表面材料を用いると
ともに前記第１の光学系に光学的絞り効果をもた
せたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の認識装置。
