- 半導体ウエーハを移動自在に支持する可動ステ
ージの下方に光学系走査装置を配設すると共に、
前記可動ステージおよび該可動ステージ上で半導
体ウエーハを支持するチヤツクに、少なくとも２
個の位置合わせ用貫通穴を穿設したことを特徴と
する半導体ウエーハの位置合わせ装置。
