Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、集積回路、特に、論理機能の検査が容易な集
積回路に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来の集積回路は、内部回路数が増加した場合それだけ
入力信号２よび出力信号の数が増加するため内部信号を
観測するための出力信号ピンはとても設ける余裕がなく
、あっても現測点ごとに個別に出力ピンに接続してい虎
。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
すなわち、従来の集積回路は、内部観測点とその出力信
号ピンとが１対１に対応しているため観測点を堆１とそ
れに比例して出力信号ピンが必要になるので、多くの内
部観測点をとれないという欠点がある。
〔問題点を解決する之めの手段〕
回路内の複数個の内部信号を観測するための複数個の出
力信号ピンと該内部観測信号を選択するための選択回路
と選択入力信号ピンとを有して構成される。
〔実施例〕
次に１本発明の実施例について、図面を参照して説明す
る。
第１図は本発明の一実施例を示すプローツク図である。
第１図に示す集積回路１は入力信号ピン２〜７から入力
信号を印加して、ＡＮＤ回路Ｂ、９゜ＮＡＮＤ回路１０
．１１とＯＲ回路１２によって演算を行いその出力信号
は出力信号ピン１４に出力される。
この場合、ＡＮＤ回路８，９からの出力信号２１．２０
とＮＡＮＤ回路１０からの出力１号２３とＯＲ，回路１
２からの出力信号２２を観測するため、これらの出力猶
号２０〜２３を選択回路で外部へ取出すことができる。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明の集積回路は、観測する内部信号を選択回路によ
って選択してしばり込むことによりて。
観測の丸めの入出力ピンと削成でさるという効果がある
。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 複数個の入力信号を供給するための複数個の入力信号ピ
    ンと、複数の内部信号を処理した結果を出力するための
    １以上の出力信号ピンと、前記複数の内部信号のいずれ
    かを選択するための選択信号を供給するための複数個の
    選択入力信号ピンとを含むことを特徴とする集積回路。
