Claims (1)
- 金属製のリードフレーム上に有機フイルムから
なる配線板を貼りつけ、該配線板上に能動あるい
は受動素子を搭載し必要な配線接続を行つた後、
全体を封止することにより構成される混成集積回
路装置において、リードフレームを少なくとも２
つ以上に切り離し、且つ、該リードフレーム間に
多少のすき間をあけて、有機フイルムからなる配
線板をはり付ける事を特徴とした混成集積回路装
置。
