    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. リフレツシユアドレスカウンタと、該リフレツ
    シユアドレスカウンタから出力されるアドレスを
    用い、外部からのリフレツシユ制御信号入力によ
    つてリフレツシユ動作を実行するリフレツシユ制
    御回路と、メモリアクセスサイクル及び外部リフ
    レツシユサイクル時の実行アドレスを、外部から
    の転送信号によつてリアルタイムに該リフレツシ
    ユアドレスカウンタへ転送し、かつその後リフレ
    ツシユアドレスカウンタを１つ進める転送制御回
    路を有することを特徴とする半導体記憶装置。
