Claims (1)
- 一方端部に茶葉投入口を、多方端部に茶葉排出
口を有する回転胴を水平方向に配置し、前記回転
胴を一方向に回転させる回転機構と、この回転胴
の回転時に該回転胴内の茶葉を一方端から他方端
に向けて移送する移送機構を設け、該回転胴の外
周を加熱する加熱装置とを設けてなる焙じ茶用加
熱機において、前記回転機構および移送機構の稼
働量は、回転胴内の一方端から他方端に向かつて
移送される茶葉の移送時間が約３０秒〜６０秒間
となる如く設定し、前記加熱装置の加熱量は、回
転胴の温度が約４００℃〜５００℃となる如く設
定したことを特徴とする焙じ茶用加熱機。
