Claims (34)
- 하기 수학식 1에 따라 결정되는 중합 지수 Ψ의 값이 0 이상이 되도록 하는 조건에서 전이 금속 착물 및 활성화 공촉매를 포함하는 촉매 조성물의 존재 하에 중합을 행하는 것을 포함하는, 고분자량 중합체를 제조하기 위한 연속 용액 중합 조건 하에 에틸렌 및 임의로 1종 이상의 α-올레핀의 중합 방법:<수학식 1>(상기 식 중,T는 중합 온도(℃)이고, X는 반응기 중 에틸렌 전환율(몰%)이고, E는 단위 시간당 반응기에 공급된 금속 착물 중 금속 g당 제조된 중합체 g으로 표시되는 촉매 효율이고, ρ는 수득되는 중합체 밀도(단위: g/ml)이고, I2는 중합체의 용융 지수(단위: dg/분)이고, 식의 상수 β0 내지 β5는 하기 표에 나타낸 값을 갖는 무차원수이다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 수득되는 중합체의 분자량 분포, Mw/Mn이 3.0 미만인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 조성물이 사슬 전달제를 더 포함하는 것인 방법.

- 제19항에 있어서, 올리고머 또는 중합체 알루목산 또는 개질된 알루목산이 Al:금속 착물의 몰비 30-150을 제공하는 양으로 존재하는 것인 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 올리고머 또는 중합체 알루목산 또는 개질된 알루목산이 Al:금속 착물의 몰비 40-80을 제공하는 양으로 존재하는 것인 방법.
- 제19항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 올리고머 또는 중합체 알루목산 또는 개질된 알루목산이 메틸알루목산, 이소부틸알루목산 및 루이스 산 개질된 알루목산으로 이루어지는 군 중에 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 루이스 산 개질된 알루목산이 트리알킬 알루미늄-, 과할로겐화 트리(히드로카르빌)알루미늄-, 또는 과할로겐화 트리(히드로카르빌)붕소 개질된 메틸알루목산인 방법.
