Claims (12)
- 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드로 형성되는 섬유로서, 인장 강도가 20 cN/dtex 이상, 초기 모듈러스가 500 cN/dtex 이상, 또한 하기 측정법에 의한 황산 가용량이 45% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유.(황산 가용량의 측정 방법)97% 농도의 진한 황산에, 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 농도가 10㎎/10㎖ 가 되도록 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유를 첨가하고, 20℃ 에서 24 시간 용해시켜 얻어지는 용액에 대해, 사이즈 익스크루션 크로마토그래피 (SPARK 사 제조) 를 이용하여 분자량 분포와 피크의 크기 (P1) 를 측정한다. 마찬가지로, 섬유를 형성하기 전의 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드에 대해, 동일한 조건으로 분자량 분포와 피크의 크기 (PO) 를 측정한다. 얻어진 P1 과 P0 에 기초하여, 하기 식에 따라 산출한 값을 황산 가용량으로 한다.황산 가용량 (%)=(P1)/(PO)×100
- 온도 37℃, 상대 습도 95% 의 분위기 하에서 1400 시간 노출시킨 후의 인장 강도 유지율이 90% 이상인 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유.
- 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드의 도프로부터 방사된 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유를 제조할 때, 연신 후, 그 섬유를 산소 존재량이 1 체적% 이하이고 또한 열처리시의 사조 (絲條) 장력이 1.0cN/tex 를 초과하는 조건 하에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,열처리 온도가 300 ∼ 550℃ 인 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,열처리 시간이 1 ∼ 60 초인 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유로 구성된 포백으로서, 그 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유가, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성이 우수한 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유 포백.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,포백의 한계 산소 지수 (LOI) 가 32 이상인 난연성이 우수한 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유 포백.
- 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유로 구성된 포백으로서, 그 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유가, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 방탄성이 우수한 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유 포백.
- 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유로 구성된 포백으로서, 그 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유가, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 내절창성이 우수한 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유 포백.
- 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유와 매트릭스 수지를 함유하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료로서, 그 매트릭스 수지의 함유량은 복합 재료 전량에 대해 30 질량% 이상 70 질량% 이하이고, 그 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유가, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 헤테로고리 함유 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
