Claims (6)
- 피동부로 작용하는 접촉부를 가진 막대형 진동부재 그리고 인가되는 전기적 신호에 응답해서 상기 진동부재에 진동을 발생시키기 위해서 상기 진동부재와 부착 배치되는 전기기계적 에너지 변환부재로 이루어지는 진동피동모우터에 있어서, 상기 막대형 진동부재의 상기 접촉부 보다 강도가 낮은 부분이 상기 접촉부와 상기 변환부재가 부착되는 부착부 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동피동모우터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 진동부재에서 발생하는 진동은 첫번째 휨 진동과 두 번째 휨 진동의 조합된 진동인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동피동모우터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 첫번째 휨 진동은 변환부재에 의해서 제 1 평면에서 발생되고, 상기 두 번째 휨 진동은 변환부재에 의해서 제 2 평면에서 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동피동모우터.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 진동부재의 강도가 낮은 부분은 상기 접촉부 및 상기 부착부보다 강도가 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 진동피동모우터.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 첫 번째 휨 진동과 상기 두 번째 휨 진동은 상호 90°의 위상차를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동피동모우터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 첫 번째 휨 진동과 상기 두 번째 휨 진동은 상호 90°의 위상차를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동피동모우터.
