Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nowa oksysól w trójskładnikowym układzie tlenków kobaltu, fosforu i chromu, w którym układ trójskładnikowy oznacza tlenek kobaltu(II)-tlenek fosforu(V)-tlenek chromu(III), o wzorze sumarycznym CoCr2P4O14. Zgłoszenie zawiera też sposób wytwarzania nowej oksysoli, polegający na mieszaniu odpowiednich związków, ujednorodnianiu, wygrzewaniu i chłodzeniu otrzymanych mieszanin, który charakteryzuje się tym, że miesza się węglan kobaltu(II), wodoroortofosforan(V) amonu i tlenek chromu(III) lub inne prekursory tlenków kobaltu(II), fosforu(V) i chromu(III) w stosunku molowym takim, że w przeliczeniu na składniki układu trójskładnikowego tlenków zawartość zarówno tlenku kobaltu(II), jak i tlenku chromu(III), wynosi 25,00% molowych, natomiast zawartość tlenku fosforu(V) wynosi 50,00% molowych. Otrzymaną mieszaninę reagentów ujednorodnia się przez ucieranie, a następnie wygrzewa się w temperaturach od 350 do 1100°C, schładza i uciera otrzymując produkt o wzorze sumarycznym CoCr2P4O14. Korzystnie mieszaninę wygrzewa się przez 100 godzin, w pięciu etapach, przy czym po każdym etapie próbkę schładza się wolno do temperatury pokojowej i uciera. Inny sposób wytwarzania oksysoli, polegający na mieszaniu odpowiednich związków, ujednorodnianiu, wygrzewaniu i chłodzeniu otrzymanych mieszanin, charakteryzuje się tym, że miesza się dwa fosforany(V): CrP3O9 i Co3Cr4P6O24 w stosunku molowym 2:1. Otrzymaną mieszaninę reagentów ujednorodnia się przez ucieranie, a następnie wygrzewa się w postaci pastylki w temperaturach od 950 do 1100°C, otrzymując produkt o wzorze sumarycznym CoCr2P4O14. Korzystnie mieszaninę wygrzewa się przez 52 godziny, w trzech etapach, przy czym po każdym etapie wygrzewania próbkę ochładza się wolno do temperatury pokojowej i uciera.The subject of the application is a new oxysol in a ternary cobalt, phosphorus and chromium oxides system, in which the ternary system is cobalt (II) oxide-phosphorus (V) -chromium (III) oxide, with the formula CoCr2P4O14. The application also contains a method of producing new oxysols, consisting of mixing appropriate compounds, homogenizing, annealing and cooling of the obtained mixtures, which is characterized by mixing cobalt (II) carbonate, ammonium hydrogenorthophosphate and chromium (III) oxide or other precursors cobalt (II), phosphorus (V) and chromium (III) oxides in a molar ratio such that, calculated as components of the ternary oxide system, the content of both cobalt (II) oxide and chromium (III) oxide is 25.00 mol% while the phosphorus (V) oxide content is 50.00 mol%. The resulting reagent mixture is homogenised by trituration, and then annealed at 350 to 1100 ° C, cooled and triturated to give the product of the total formula CoCr2P4O14. Preferably, the mixture is heated for 100 hours in five steps, after each step the sample is slowly cooled to room temperature and ground. Another method of producing oxysols, consisting of mixing appropriate compounds, homogenizing, annealing and cooling of the obtained mixtures, is characterized by mixing two phosphates (V): CrP3O9 and Co3Cr4P6O24 in a molar ratio of 2: 1. The resulting reagent mixture is homogenized by trituration, and then annealed in the form of a pellet at temperatures from 950 to 1100 ° C, to obtain the product with the total formula CoCr2P4O14. Preferably, the mixture is soaked for 52 hours in three stages, after which each sample is slowly cooled to room temperature and ground.
