Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest związek chemiczny o strukturze rutylu, który zawierający żelazo, tantal, wanad i tlen, o wzorze FeTaVO6, o zawartości tlenku żelaza(III) 25,00% molowych, tlenku tantalu(V) 25,00% molowych, tlenku wanadu(IV) 50,00% molowych, w przeliczeniu na składniki układu potrójnego tlenków: tlenek żelaza(III)-tlenek tantalu(V)-tlenek wanadu(IV). Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania związku, zawierającego żelazo, tantal, wanad i tlen polegający na mieszaniu i ujednorodnianiu, który charakteryzuje się tym, że miesza się Fe2O3 w ilości 25,00% molowych, Ta2O5 w ilości 25,00% molowych i VO2 w ilości 50,00% molowych, następnie ujednorodnia się przez ucieranie, po czym otrzymaną mieszaninę tlenków wygrzewa się w atmosferze argonu w zakresie temperatur od 973 do 1198 K, w czasie od 60 do 180 godzin, ochładza się do temperatury pokojowej, otrzymując związek o wzorze FeTaVO6. Korzystnie mieszaninę po ujednorodnieniu pastylkuje się i wygrzewa w pięciu etapach, przy czym po każdym etapie pastylki rozciera się i ponownie pastylkuje. Inny sposób zgłoszenia polega na tym, że miesza się związki FeTaO4 i VO2 w stosunku molowym 1:1, następnie ujednorodnia się przez ucieranie, po czym otrzymaną mieszaninę związków wygrzewa w atmosferze argonu w zakresie temperatur 1173 do 1198 K w czasie 36 godzin, ochładza się do temperatury pokojowej, otrzymując związek o wzorze FeTaVO6. Korzystnie mieszaninę po ujednorodnieniu pastylkuje się i wygrzewa w trzech etapach, przy czym po każdym etapie pastylki rozciera się i ponownie pastylkuje.The subject of the application is a chemical compound with a rutile structure, which contains iron, tantalum, vanadium and oxygen, with the formula FeTaVO6, with iron (III) oxide 25.00 mol%, tantalum (V) oxide 25.00 mol%, vanadium oxide ( IV) 50.00 mole%, calculated on the triple system components of oxides: iron (III) oxide - tantalum oxide (V) - vanadium oxide (IV). The application also includes a process for producing a compound containing iron, tantalum, vanadium and oxygen, consisting of mixing and homogenisation, which is characterized in that Fe2O3 is mixed in an amount of 25.00 mol%, Ta2O5 in an amount of 25.00 mol% and VO2 in an amount 50.00 mole%, then homogenized by grinding, after which the obtained oxide mixture is heated under an argon atmosphere in the temperature range from 973 to 1198 K, for 60 to 180 hours, cooled to room temperature to obtain a compound of formula FeTaVO6 . Preferably, the mixture after homogenisation is pelleted and baked in five stages, after which each pellet is ground and pelleted again. Another way of reporting is that the FeTaO4 and VO2 compounds are mixed in a 1: 1 molar ratio, then homogenized by grinding, after which the resulting mixture of compounds is heated in an argon atmosphere in the temperature range of 1173 to 1198 K for 36 hours, cooled to room temperature to give the compound of formula FeTaVO6. Preferably the mixture after homogenization is pelleted and baked in three stages, after which each pellet is ground and pelleted again.
