Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania 3'4'-dihydroksy-5,7-dimetoksyflawonu o wzorze 2. Postępując zgodnie z wynalazkiem, w wyniku działania układu enzymatycznego zawartego w komórkach szczepu Isaria fumosorosea KCh J2, następuje regioselektywna hydroksylacja substratu. Uzyskany w ten sposób produkt wydziela się z wodnej kultury mikroorganizmu, znanym sposobem, przez ekstrakcję rozpuszczalnikiem organicznym niemieszającym się z wodą (octan etylu).The invention relates to a process for the production of 3'4'-dihydroxy-5,7-dimethoxyflavone of the formula 2. In accordance with the invention, as a result of the enzyme system contained in the cells of the Isaria fumosorosea KCh J2 strain, a regioselective hydroxylation of the substrate takes place. The product obtained in this way is separated from the aqueous culture of the microorganism by a known method by extraction with a water-immiscible organic solvent (ethyl acetate).
