Bulusa uygun ürünün kilifi, sicak yemekle temas eder etmez veya bir tavada hizla erir ve oda sicakliginda muamelede iyi mekanik özellikler sergiler. Kilif %40 ila 100 civarinda yag ve %0 ila 60 polisakarit, protein veya lif tipinde veya bunlarin bir karisimi tipinde dolgu malzemesi katkilari ihtiva eder. Bulusa uygun ürünün sulu ve/veya yagli dolgu malzemesinin, sivi bal veya yayilan hamur arasinda bir viskozitesi vardir. Böyle bir katki maddesi için imalat islemi de tarif edilmistir.
